Check in: You are staying in an individually owned property. Our friendly staff is available for service, but if this is your first time staying in a condo vacation rental, it is important to know some small items that are different than staying in a hotel. Check-in time is 4PM. Early check-in and late check- out are available subject to occupancy and an extra charge may apply. Contact Property Manager for arrangements.

Cleaning
Daily housekeeping is not provided but, we can arrange cleaning for a fee upon request. Just contact Property Manager, and he can schedule a cleaning for you. ($40 fee)
Toiletries
Your condo includes basic toiletries; however, based on the length of your stay you may need to purchase additional supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, body soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc.
Condo rules: In order to ensure a safe and harmonious coexistence with your neighbors, there are certain rules in place that we will appreciate you follow.
Respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Please, never use the emergency door to leave the condominium unless it is an emergency.
Do not hang towels and other clothes items on any railing Please make sure that the pedestrian exit door remains properly always shut.
Respect the max. occupancy for your unit.
Park your car on the spot assigned to your condo or on the guest parking spots only. Please put the garbage in the trash chute in a properly sealed bag. Use the recycling bins for recyclable materials.
Do not smoke in the premises.
Although we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed in this condo.
